6 High Protein Rice Bowls Using Leftover Rice

What I’ve found is:
Leftover rice becomes useful when you pair it with a fast protein, a cooked vegetable, and one sauce that changes the whole bowl. These six combinations turn yesterday’s side dish into a complete meal with very little extra cooking.
Use the rice you already made, choose one flavor lane, and get dinner assembled before decision fatigue wins.
