1. Chicken Rice Lemon Soup

Makes 4 servings | Prep: 12 minutes | Cook: 18 minutes | Total: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups thinly sliced carrots
